Hello everybody, this weeks guest is a shorter episode but trust us when we say it's packed with some serious female power. We're very excited to be bringing you the story behind the woman we like to refer to as 'The Queen of Mobility' and her rise to becoming one of the best fitness trainers on Instagram. This, is Becoming DocJenFit.

Jen is a Top 40 Physical Therapy Influencer and with a Doctorate in physical therapy, she is ranked as one of the best fitness trainers on Instagram by Shape Magazine. She is the founder and owner of Mobility Method, sits on the medical advisory board for Women’s Health and Strong Fitness magazine, AND is an online sensation helping people across the world shape and reshape how they use their bodies.

Nowadays, Jen offers private sports therapy, online programs, workshops and although she refers to herself as being a "shy kid" growing up, she now speaks on stages of over 1000 people, attracting audiences from stay-at-home moms to Hollywood actors and Olympic athletes. Her mission is to help those who are willing to listen to their body, reverse aging, eliminate pain and establish sustainable health.

With a background in gymnastics and a love for human movement, the body and biology it seems like a fairytale that she has ended up being such a well-educated influencer on social media. But in this episode you're going to learn that this wasn't always what Doc Jen had imagined for herself and how she 'accidentally' started to build her following of now almost over 600,000 people.

So if you’re looking for inspiration on how to shape your passions into a career, learn more about mobility or are in need of a strong female presence to motivate your self-confidence then you’ll find tonnes of value in this story of ‘Becoming DocJenFit’
